As reported by the NCDC on Wednesday,16th September, 2020, the number of new Covid-19 cases recorded is 126, bringing the total number of Covid-19 reported cases in Nigeria to 56,604.
The FCT has 37 new Covid-19 cases with Lagos having 27, Plateau 16 while Kaduna has 9.
Abia has 7, Gombe and Ondo with 6 new cases each, Imo 5 while the quartet of Delta, Ekiti , Kwara and Oyo have 6 cases respectively.
Bauchi, alongside Ogun, Kano, Katsina and Yobe have just 1.
This brings the total confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Nigeria to 56,604 with 47,872 discharged cases and 1,091 deaths.
