The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has diagnosed 160 new cases of Covid-19 at the late hours of Friday, 28th of August, bringing the total of Covid-19 cases in Nigeria to 53,477, with 41,017 discharged and 1011 deaths recorded.
The corona virus pandemic has been a fatal blow to Nigeria ever since the first discovery of the virus in March.
It had affected the nation economic sector, education sector, social life among many others. The government has announced preliminary measures to curtail the spread of the virus, which the citizens also adhere to.
According to NCDC report 160 new Covid-19 cases have been discovered, bringing the total number of cases confirmed to 53,477, 160 new case, discharged 41,017 and 1011 deaths.
