The incident occurred at about 12:00 pm today at Salvation Road, Opebi, Lagos State, as an unidentified helicopter crashed inside a building killing at least two occupants, living scores in critical condition.
Confirming the incident, the Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Nosa Okunbor, in a telephone conversation said;
“Yes, it just happened. The helicopter crashed in Opebi around 12pm. I’ll give you more updates.”
Meanwhile, two occupants have been confirmed dead and three casualties recorded as at the time of filing this report. The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) and other rescue agencies are still in rescue operation.
