The Federal Ministry of Aviation has on Thursday, 27th of August shifted the resumption date for International Flight to September 5th, 2020 during the PTF on Covid-19 daily briefing.
This was made known to the public at about 5:00pm on Thurday, 27th of August during the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 daily briefing.
Reasons behind this shift include, inability to meet up with measures given by NCDC together with the Federal Ministry of Aviation directives to curbing the spread of Covid-19 among many other reasons.
Confirming this, the Federal Ministry of Aviation took to their Twitter handle to notify the public about this new development, saying;
“Breaking: Regret to announce that the international flight resumption earlier scheduled to resume on 29th August has been shifted to 5th September 2020”
Recall that the resumption of International Flight was earlier scheduled to commence August 29th but now it has been shifted to September 5th.
