Yul Edochie, the popular Nollywood actor who contested for the Anambra gubernatorial election in 2017, under the umbrella of DPC has come out on Sunday, 2nd of August to rain causes and abuses on public office holders whose ambition is to steal public funds.
The 40 years old son of the Nollywood actor, Chief Pete Edochie took to his twitter handle on Sunday, 2nd of August, saying
“You are the dumbest fool on earth if you’re still stealing public funds without developing this country, if you still haven’t realized that none of us will live in this world forever.”
“You’ll die & leave your stolen billions behind. Abacha and the likes, where are they today?”, The UNIPORT graduate also added.
It would be of note that, this is coming in the time where embezzlement of public funds meant for some specific projects has been the other of the day.
Yul, the former Democratic Peoples Congress(DPC) 2017 Governorship aspirant in Anambra State, might have said this due to the recent reoccurring and simultaneous probe by the national assembly, resulting from unaccountable funds in Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), North East Development Commission (NEDC), Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFFC), Nigeria National Petroleum Commission (NNPC) and other related bodies who are allegedly accused of embezzlement.
