The police on Thursday, 23rd of July has identified all the persons involved in the sad viral video and also arrested 2 officers of the force for the unprofessional treatment meted on the female Nigerian.
This was made known in a statement issued by the Nigeria Police Force through their media handle saying
“following investigation into the dehumanizing treatment of a citizen as shown in a viral video on Wednesday, 22nd July, 2020,the Nigeria Police Force have identified three (3) police officers”

It would be glad to know that Two (2) suspected police officers whose names are “ASP Tijani Olatunji and Inspr Gboyega Oyeniyi have been arrested for their role in the discredited conduct and incivility to members of the public” they added
According to the statement, these arrested suspected officers who were on a legitimate investigation activities to Ibadan, Oyo State are currently in detention at the Lagos State CID detention facility, Panti Yaba.
Recall that the viral video showing the lady’s harassment by members of the police officers behind camera with irrelevant questions relating to her sexual lifestyle been asked, surfaced online on Wednesday, 22nd and it caught the attention of the Inspector General Of Police, MA Adamu leading to an issuance of an Investigative order by him on Thursday.
