Doctors, nurses, midwives and hospital personnels on ground after delivery were thrown to a great shock when a new born baby came out of womb today with open skull living its brain falling out through the neck side.
Remark from practitioners reveal that something of this kind has never happened since the history of the hospital where this occur.
Agency in charge of incidence and prevalence of Birth Defects tweeted at the early ours of today through their personnel @FDefects saying it “was born few hrs ago in our hospital” as the hospital where this happened in Iraq was not disclose.
After much enquiries through parental testing and background checking to ascertain if it’s genetical or development of some other contributing factors, the hospital management came to conclusion saying “no previous family history of congenital anomalies” meaning nothing of such has ever happened before in the history of families from both parents
